Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Citibox Boxco. If the assistant isn't right for you, here is exactly how refunds work.

1. 14-day cooling-off period (EU / UK)

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may cancel your first purchase within 14 days and receive a full refund of any unused credits. Consumed credits are non-refundable.

2. Standard refunds

Outside the cooling-off period, unused credits can be refunded within 30 days of purchase on request, minus payment processing fees. Credits consumed by the assistant are non-refundable.

3. Bank transfer orders

If you paid by bank transfer and never activated your account, we will refund the full amount to the same bank account within 10 business days of your request.

4. Service failures

If Citibox Boxco is unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours during a paid month, we will credit your account with additional credits proportional to the downtime.

5. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with your order reference. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

6. What we can't refund

We cannot refund credits used to generate content, promotional credits or credits granted as goodwill.
