Terms of Service

Citibox Boxco is an AI executive assistant delivered as a hosted service. Features and capabilities may evolve; we may add, change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

You are responsible for the security of your account, your password and any activity that takes place under it. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

Citibox Boxco is sold as credits. One credit costs EUR 0.10 (or the equivalent in your selected currency at the mid-market rate). Credits are consumed as you use assistant features.

Credits are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash and expire 24 months after purchase if unused.

Payments are processed by our providers. Bank transfer orders are activated after funds are confirmed. Card, PayPal and Stripe are coming soon. Prices exclude taxes unless stated.

You agree to follow our Acceptable Use Policy. Violations may result in suspension or termination without refund.

Citibox Boxco, its logo, software and content are owned by Citibox Boxco SP SA You keep full ownership of the memory, notes and files you send to Citibox Boxco; you grant us a limited licence to process them solely to operate the service for you.

Citibox Boxco is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI output can be wrong, incomplete or biased — always review it before acting on high-stakes decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Citibox Boxco Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, unused credits older than 30 days from purchase are non-refundable unless required by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Wilmington, Delaware.
